Marley is a 9 year old Weimaraner who loves camping, socializing with other dogs, a 2 mile run in the early morning hours, going for car rides, and being very involved with the family. In his prime, he could run 28 miles an hour and loved to sprint in wide open spaces. He loves to watch wild animal shows and elephants are his favorite animal. One of his favorite shows, is William Wegman’s Fay’s Twelve Days of Christmas, he’ll watch the whole show. He has one sibling, Rasta, who is an 8 year old Weimaraner; Marley absolutely adores his little brother and they spend nearly every hour together.

Marley nearly lost his life to Addison’s disease at 5 years old but fought back, then was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and overcame the challenges with exercise and diet, and more recently was diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia, which led to the diagnosis of a 5 lb. tumor on his spleen. Marley had the tumor and his spleen removed and is well on his way to recovery.

Marley and our family are thankful to have Pets First for taking care of Marley and they have saved his life three times with two rare conditions. We would like to thank Dr. McKown, Dr. Eklund, and the awesome staff for taking such good care of our family.

Sincerely,
Marley Moose
